How do you decide what to charge per item?
Each school/club has the flexibility to establish its own pricing structure. While particularly exceptional items may be priced higher, our goal is to ensure that our prices remain fair and accessible to everyone. If you’re in need of something but can't afford it right now just send us an email and we'll do our best to get you what you need - confidentially.

Yes — collection is free, you will choose your collection point at check-out.

Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely! We provide delivery services, and the delivery fee will be included at checkout. You’ll receive a notification once your parcel is on its way.
Please note that delivery costs in Ireland can be quite high, often exceeding the price of the item itself. Whenever possible, we recommend opting for collection as a more economical choice.

Yes. Every item is checked, washed, and prepared so it’s ready to wear.

What condition are the items in?
We only sell items in good, very good, or excellent condition.
Anything that doesn’t meet our standard is recycled.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return an item for a refund. However, please be aware that due to our low prices, the cost of postage may exceed the price you originally paid. We appreciate your understanding. If you prefer, you can donate the item back to your school/club.

How do I pay?
You can pay online at checkout. We don't offer cash on collection as this would be too much additional admin on schools/clubs who are already stretched.

You can drop them at any of the schools/clubs listed on our website into the designated collection box.

How does this business generate profit if the funds raised from clothing sales are returned to the schools that donated the items?
Schools/clubs pay a (small) fee to be listed on our website and receive our services.
